Why I Built HE365
After 15+ years building events for organizations of every size, I kept seeing the same pattern: amazing events would bring people together, spark incredible energy — and then it would all evaporate within 30 days.
The relationships formed, the knowledge shared, the trust built — none of it was captured. None of it compounded. Organizations were spending millions creating moments that disappeared.
I realized the problem wasn't the events themselves. It was what happened after them. The industry had no framework for turning event energy into lasting community value.
